• WARRANTY
• When a product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship the purchaser (Individual who purchased this direct from Century Distributing) must contact us to start the return and receive a PRF# which will need to be written on the outside of the package when it is shipped back to us and must be returned within 14 days. Any PRF#’s open beyond 14 day will be closed.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, however we will cover the shipping cost to send out the replacement items.
• We can ship replacement items immediately however you will be charged for these and once the returned items are processed we will issue a credit to cancel out the charges.   
• RETURNS
• If you choose to return a product because it is no longer needed or the incorrect part was ordered these items can be returned to Century Distributing if they were purchased within the last 30 days for credit less a 25% restocking fee.
• The purchaser (Individual who purchased this direct from Century Distributing) must contact us to start the return and receive a PRF# which will need to be written on the outside of the package when it is shipped back to us and must be returned within 14 days. • Century Distributing will no longer issue a call tag as the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser
